Job Description
At SEKGAMES, we build and scale mobile games enjoyed by millions worldwide. We are the team behind Airport Idle, Police Station Idle, and My Shopping Mall — and we're just getting started.
We're scaling our games to the next level — and we're looking for a Game Developer (Unity) to build robust, performant, and scalable mobile games at high velocity.
Responsibilities
- Develop new game features, mechanics, and systems in Unity / C#
- Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing codebases across our live portfolio
- Integrate and manage third-party SDKs (ad networks, analytics, attribution, IAP)
- Profile and optimize games for mobile performance (memory, FPS, build size, draw calls)
- Implement live ops features, A/B tests, and monetization systems
- Build rapid prototypes for new game concepts
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and growth teams to ship and iterate fast

Desired Skills & Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional Unity / C# experience (mobile-focused)
- Shipped at least one mobile game on App Store and/or Google Play
- Deep knowledge of Unity (animation system, addressables, UI Toolkit, profiler)
- Strong C# fundamentals — OOP, async patterns, performance optimization
- Hands-on experience integrating mobile SDKs
- Mobile performance profiling and optimization experience
- Comfortable with Git and modern source control workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Creative, fast learner, and performance-oriented
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
