Product Owner in GREECE

  • This role is available on-site, meaning that you have to be in Katerini, Pieria, Greece.
  • Foreign nationals who wish to relocate are welcome to apply. We do not sponsor visas as this is a B2B contract.


Compensation & Perks

Company Description

Jubile Tech Incubator is an early-stage startup investor located in London, UK, with our Development center in the beautiful and historic city of Thessaloniki. We invest in multiple startups at the idea or MVP stage and help them develop valuable and meaningful products that improve the lives of millions on our platform. Our investments span Europe and the US. We predominantly work in healthcare and deep tech by building pioneering AI-powered solutions that help improve many aspects of healthcare systems. We are currently at the very early stage, having 7 brave souls onboard and looking to add another 5 people in April.


We are currently working on 2 major epics:

  1. AI Agents in US Healthcare: Building comprehensive native AI solutions for our healthcare startups by identifying key pain points (e.g., patient intake process) and automating as much as possible by leveraging LLMs and building our in-house products.
  2. Developing complex Healthcare infrastructure: Such as connecting the electronic health record systems (EHR) with the CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), automating the company financials, providing BI reports, and so on.


Role Description

We are looking for a lead-level, highly skilled, and aspiring Product Owner with multiple years of experience in developing software (you must be an active coder) and product/project management (you must have experience leading and managing multi-cultural and diverse tech teams). A Product Owner’s main responsibility is to manage the product development process. You will gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, identify user needs, and ensure the product meets customer expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to refine our agile methodology based on feedback, track industry trends, and address production issues during sprints.

Hybrid Workplace

We believe in the need to physically collaborate with our teammates in order to be 100% successful. At the same time, we respect everybody's personal space and need for privacy, as well as the productivity benefits gained from the lack of distractions. Therefore, we require all candidates to move near our offices in Katerini (i.e., relocation on your end might be needed) and be present at least a couple of days per week (you are expected to be at the office 50% of the time).


Qualifications

  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.
  • Groom and prioritize backlogDevelop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Set sprint goals, objectives, and tasks.
  • Write acceptance criteria and acceptance tests.
  • Plan releases and software upgrades.
  • Communicate release notes to cross-functional teams (official reports to management, tech, marketing, and ops).
  • Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
  • Keep track of industry trends and incorporate best practices in our agile methodology.
