I am looking for 2 Test Automation Engineers experienced in Python to join my client's team. The roles are fully remote, but you need to be based in the UK and able to attend quarterly team catch-ups.
The company is an exciting startup/scale-up that provides tools to help businesses manage and secure their computer networks, ensuring their networks are always safe and efficient. Their products allow businesses to monitor network activity, keep track of network devices, and protect against security threats. They recently closed a $20 million Series A funding round and doubled their headcount to 30 people in the past year.
They are now bringing their testing in-house,( currently outsourced), and are hiring one Senior QA and one mid-level QA. Working closely with their UK-based Tech team, the Senior QA Engineer will have the opportunity to be the senior figure within the team, defining the test and automation strategy and leading projects. The mid-level QA Engineer will collaborate with the Senior QA to build and expand frameworks using Python, implement REST API test automation, and utilize best practices of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Both roles will involve some manual testing so you will need to be comfortable doing a mix of the two when needed.
Ideal candidates will ideally have experience working for a startup/scaleup with experience in test automation using Python and tools like Pytest, with knowledge of bash scripting and Linux being useful. Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and AWS cloud experience would also be beneficial.
They have a brilliant culture and are offering salaries of between £40,000 and £70,000 depending on experience
