😊 What you’ll be doing?

We're seeking an Account Manager at GivePanel. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting our key customers and partner agencies, ensuring they achieve their fundraising goals using GivePanel's platform. You will be KPI’ed on campaign retention, expansion revenue, logo growth through agency partner referrals, and partner & customer C-SAT scores.


Your day-to-day role will involve being the friendly and efficient face of the company assisting our partners with the most up-to-date information about our offering, supporting them with their needs, and providing ad hoc project management support where needed. You’ll also spend time getting familiar with our customers and their needs, and matchmaking these to solutions where you can.


As required, you may need to travel for customer conferences and site visits. This isn’t a core requirement to fulfil the role and is normally kept to 2-3 visits per quarter.

Key responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and partner agencies, ensuring they are satisfied and successful with GivePanel's platform.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to help them get started.
  • Partner Support & Project Management: Provide proactive ongoing support to partners, addressing any issues or questions they may have, and ensuring they are set up for success with GivePanel and their customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer and partner feedback to the product and development teams to help improve our platform.
  • Reporting: Track and report on customer success metrics, account health, and partner performance and provide insights to the team.


🧑 You’ll be a good fit if...

  • You are fanatical about relationship building.
  • You have agency-side or consultant-level experience and are skilled at negotiating win-win arrangements.
  • You know your stuff when it comes to digital marketing or online fundraising (it’ll be a bonus if you have used or know of GivePanel from your previous role).
  • You have proven experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in account management or customer success.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are a natural problem-solver.
  • You have proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


💰 The salary

The salary for this role is £40,000 annually. We aspire to have transparency of pay and benefits and are committed to ensuring that all employees are fairly compensated for their work.

Hiring process

Interviews are expected to take w/c 5th August and will be held remotely over Zoom:

  • Initial interview with VP of Revenue / Head of Operations 
  • Values-based interview with CEO

We can be flexible with the right candidate but are looking to fill this role within August or September of 2024.
