We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and will be responsible for the full setup and development of eDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) and landing pages, as well as performing minor web updates. We need someone with a passion for creative problem-solving and a proven track record of driving measurable results in the fundraising and food service sectors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.


Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive customer retention. This will include development of workflows for the purpose of nurturing a prospect through the different stages of a buyer’s journey.
  • Develop and Create Landing pages, preferably in HubSpot.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, create content calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and platforms. Use insights to make data-driven optimizations for improved results.
  • You will be required to maintain regular communication with the team to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategies, and address any concerns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or degree in Technical or IT related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong web development and email marketing skills.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the fundraising and/or food service industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and food service industry trends is a plus.
