Senior Amazon Brand Manager in UNITED KINGDOM

Unpack Agency is a new Amazon management agency that aims to help FMCG companies startup and scale up on Amazon in the UK and Europe. We are a group of current and ex brand owners that know the power of brand building and generating revenue on Amazon and so we aim to help others succeed on the platform.

We’re a current small team of 3 with a growing client list and some big plans for 2022 to grow and develop the agency. We’re looking for a key hire to develop our team and manage some of our key accounts.


Key job responsibilities


- Taking complete ownership for a portfolio of accounts, from startup to scale up clients. Understanding their objectives and building KPI’s.


- Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance


- Analysing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimisation solutions and working with internal and external stakeholders to meet clients’ KPI's


- Ensure that the brands you manage are represented strongly across all marketplaces through best-in-class product content, including; images, content, SEO, language translation, advertising campaigns etc.


- Manage internal and external team members to ensure we are matching clients expectations.


In order to excel as our Amazon Account Manager, you need:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Amazon seller and Vendor central knowledge
  • Understanding of third party tools like Helium 10 , Sellics etc
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good leadership & managerial skills
  • A strong sense of ownership & accountability
  • Planning and time management skills

- Amazon experience ( either internal or client side )

  • An out-of-the-box thinker
  • Able to react & solve issues fast without excessive guidance
  • Motivated & patient
  • Looking for a job in the long run
