Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Sharepoint Developer with the following skills and responsibilities:
Professional experience as an Administrator/Senior Developer & Web Integration & Production Support Analyst in Microsoft Technologies, specializing in SharePoint on-premise environments, SharePoint Online, Office 365, and SQL Server.
Expertise in Custom SharePoint Search and PowerShell.
Specialization in developing custom solutions, web parts, and workflows.
Proficient in SharePoint development using SharePoint Server Object Model, CSOM, JSOM, jQuery, and SharePoint web services.
Experience with SharePoint Graph/REST APIs.
Integration of SharePoint with other systems and platforms.
Customization and configuration of SharePoint sites and portals.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments.
Professional experience as a Power Platform/Power Apps Developer.
Proficiency in using Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline business processes.
Solid understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern web frameworks.
Development of custom SharePoint components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and C#.
Replacing third party SmartSearch functionality with SharePoint.
Migrating all files from shared location to SharePoint and enabling search functionality similar to SmartSearch.
Leveraging PowerShell scripting and windows Tasks feature to load files to SharePoint.
In this process for logging we are using Azure Application Insights and Alerting mechanism.
As part of this the client is updating the existing architecture to improve the performance
Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell,
SharePoint hybrid configurations, integrating on-premises SharePoint environments with Azure services
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database
Excellent communication and client facing skills
