Your Profile:

• You have a strong technical aptitude and have a continuous desire to enhance your technical expertise.
• Experience in testing and QA, particularly with web applications and databases, is essential.
• 3+ years System Testing, (End-to-End + Robustness Testing)
• Comfortable and Experienced working in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Basic Java programming skills are necessary for test automation, and knowledge of C++, Bash, and Python is beneficial.
• Proficiency in SQL is a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience and willingness to troubleshoot as well as write documentation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Feature and system testing, focusing on regression and exploratory tests for new features.
• Provide developers with comprehensive bug reports, including detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce the issues, using an issue tracker like Jira.
• Automate regression tests, primarily using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years experience in automation. Tasks will be a mixture of Automation and Manual.
• Generate and insert test data into databases using SQL or scripting.
• Collaborate with the support team to address customer incidents, including reproducing issues in a local test environment.
• Adjust testbed setup for specific tests, such as performance evaluations.
• Remote work is possible, hardware upgrades and other physical tasks must be conducted onsite, therefore candidates should be based in Hamburg.
