THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with expertise in Podio.com to analyze system requirements, address relevant issues, and deploy high-functioning IT solutions. You will effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and internal or external development teams to transform company workflows into efficient Podio.com solutions, utilizing all available resources, including Podio Workflow Automation, Calculation Fields, and integrations with systems like Box.com and Zapier.com and others using APIs.

#ABOUTTHEJOB:

• Design, build, and deploy solutions using Podio.com

• Collaborate with business users to deliver appropriate solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy, policies, and standards.

• Integrate Podio with third-party applications and services, such as CRM, email marketing tools, project management software, and financial systems.

• Provide maintenance and support for Podio.com implementations, and investigate and resolve technical problems related to Podio.com.

• Ensure Podio.com solutions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and standards. And Continuously research and stay up-to-date with Podio best practices, features, and enhancements.

• Provide training and support to team members on the use of Podio applications and workflows.

• Assist in the development and execution of data migration and integration strategies.

• Create and maintain documentation of Podio.com solutions and services.

#ABOUTTHECANDIDATE:

• Proven experience with Podio.com, including Workflow Automation, Calculation Fields, and integrations with Box.com and Zapier.com.

• A history of implementing similar solutions.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.

• Academic background in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.

• Understanding of system architectures and the ability to link business processes, data flows, and system solutions.

• Familiarity with Project Management tools, methodologies, and best practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).

• Basic knowledge of database administration and querying (MS SQL Server, SQL syntax).

• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

• Strong customer orientation with a proactive, professional approach.
