About the Role
Full Blast Creative is looking for an experienced WordPress developer for a 3-month contract with potential to transition to a long-term role. You'll build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with our design and account management teams. Strong spoken and written English is required.
Scope of Work
Development
- Build custom WordPress themes and plugins aligned with client brand guidelines
- Develop responsive, mobile-first websites across all devices
- Implement WooCommerce and other e-commerce solutions
- Create custom post types, taxonomies, and advanced custom fields
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure proper SEO structure

Maintenance and Optimization
- Manage WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
- Optimize page speed, caching, and database performance
- Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and hosting problems
- Implement security best practices and maintain site backups
Analytics and Tracking
- Set up and configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Implement conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM attribution
- Maintain tracking documentation
Collaboration
