When it comes to levels of experience, we’re open to both people who have a small amount of recruitment experience (min 12 months), from a Resourcer background, through to seasoned Recruiters with a proven record and figures to back it up. The most important thing for us is passion. This role will be a 360 recruitment position therefore the responsibilities will include searching and identifying leading talent from your chosen vertical (across Tech, Software Engineering, Cloud/ Data/ Digital Marketing / SaaS/ Digital Sales, Product and E-commerce), from across the globe, developing new clients as well as providing an unmatchable experience to our existing ones.
You’ll need to have both knowledge and a drive for all things digital and tech, have a sense of pride for what you do, and most importantly want to be a part of a new business with high aspirations and goals.
The role will be located in our ultra-modern office in the world-renowned business hub-Dubai. You’ll be surrounded by an impressive skyline, outstanding amenities, hundreds of cultures and a safe, secure living environment.
