Senior Tech Lead – iOS / Mobile Engineering
Experience - 12+ Years
Location - Bangkok [Open for Candidates from Any Location- Relocation Provided]We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tech Lead with deep expertise in iOS native development and large-scale mobile application engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Swift and Objective-C, proven leadership capabilities, and end-to-end ownership of production-grade mobile platforms.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset, architecture leadership, mentoring experience, and the ability to drive high-quality mobile solutions at scale.
- 12+ years of software development experience building large-scale web/mobile applications
- Minimum 3+ years in a Tech Lead role managing projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong hands-on experience in iOS native development using Swift and Objective-C
- Exposure to cross-platform technologies such as Dart and/or JavaScript
- Proven ownership of production systems including:
- Design
- Development
- Deployment
- Monitoring
- Continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns:
- MVVM
- MVP
- VIPER
- SOLID principles
- TDD practices
- Strong mobile testing expertise including:
- XCTest
- Automation frameworks
- Testing methodologies & best practices

- Experience working on high-scale consumer mobile applications
- Exposure to Flutter, React Native, or hybrid ecosystems
- Experience driving engineering best practices and technical roadmaps
