What will your typical day look like?
You’ll play a pivotal role in protecting and enhancing Deloitte’s brand and reputation across the Caribbean and Bermuda Region. This will be achieved through the creation of strategic programs, partnerships, and communications with external stakeholders. Utilizing your communication and research skills you prepare leadership insights, messaging, and briefing documents to support and inform the firm’s priority areas of advocacy that are related to industry, business, and community. You support the firm’s data integrity process as you accurately report on the analytics and impact of the firm’s advocacy initiatives. You have adept knowledge in key strategic issues; sustainability, cyber technology, and diversity equity and inclusion, to successfully participate in stakeholder discussions, recommend strategic programs, and manage projects on complex business topics.

You will join our Growth team. Our Growth team develops marketing strategies to support client insights, business development, client targeting, and new business collaboration.

You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in consulting, business operations, and project management preferably within a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data, identifying exceptions and anomalies to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SharePoint will be an asset.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience.
- Understanding of and interest in international & regional policy and international relations.
