Job Description

IAM Engineer III

Fully Remote (UK based)

£74,000 - £79,000 + 20% Bonus, Comprehensive Family Medical Cover

You’ll own high-impact IAM engineering work across a genuinely complex hybrid estate, with the backing to modernise at global scale.

Think tenant migrations, privileged access integrations, and service deployments that touch thousands of users, not small internal tweaks.

You’ll spend most of your time on project delivery (around 80%), with enough operational work (around 20%) to keep you close to real-world security outcomes.

The environment is built around trust and autonomy rather than micromanagement, with a genuine focus on work-life balance and flexibility as long as delivery commitments are met.

What you’ll be getting stuck into

  • Leading major IAM change across global and local programmes (security enhancements, integration upgrades, multi-tenant alignment)
  • Maturing the recently deployed CyberArk platform by improving capabilities, refining operational processes, and enabling secure privileged access workflows across the business.
  • Building and improving privileged access and identity services across hybrid on-prem/cloud (AD, Azure, AWS)
  • Supporting major transformation programmes by securing privileged accounts through CyberArk PAM capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues end-to-end, including root cause analysis and clear remediation plans
  • Producing clean documentation and audit trails that stand up to scrutiny
  • Working day-to-day with IAM Analysts/Engineers and global business/technical stakeholders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across 18 countries to build consistent IAM standards across diverse technical environments.

What you’ll need to be strong in

  • 5+ years’ IAM engineering experience
  • 2+ years deep hands-on CyberArk experience (CPM, PSM, HTML5 GW)
  • Solid experience with an IdP such as Okta, SailPoint, or Ping
  • Experience scripting/automating IAM workflows and troubleshooting tasks
  • Proven delivery in highly complex hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) and integrated services (AD, Azure, AWS)

About the company

Their global IAM team sits close to the centre of a wider IT transformation, so the work isn’t “keep the lights on” only, you’ll help shape how identity and privileged access services evolve as platforms and processes modernise. You’ll be joining a business with real scale (30,000+ employees), which means your work will be used, tested, and relied on every day.
