Product Owner / Product Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to join our team. This role combines elements of a Project Manager and Product Guidance, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and product development and a passion for Prop Tech.

Product Ownership:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Project Management:

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Product Guidance:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure products meet business and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Measure product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, managing agile development teams.
• A background in Prop Tech or a related field is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
