Power BI Analyst at BairesDev

As a Power BI Analyst at BairesDev, you will be a key driver of data-driven decision-making, transforming complex business data into strategic insights. You'll leverage advanced Power BI skills to develop comprehensive analytical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visualizations and reports.

What You'll Do:

- Create and maintain sophisticated interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Design and implement advanced data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple sources.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover complex business insights and trends.

- Develop and optimize data models and visualization strategies for complex business requirements.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to data analytics best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience with Power BI and advanced business intelligence tools.

- Proven track record of developing complex data analysis and visualization solutions.

- Expert-level skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience in creating and implementing data governance and quality standards.

- Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Advanced level of English.
