Senior Product Designer who would like to join one of our
Banking / Fintech projects. Please, note that it is a

Salary: 24-37 eur/h freelance B2B contract
OR 13 000-20 400 pln/mc UoP / 15 600-24 500 pln/mc B2B
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing UX design strategies in line with business goals and industry trends
- Advocating for user-centered design principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Conducting user research and testing to improve the user experience
- Creating and maintaining design assets for consistency and accessibility
- Staying updated on design trends and inspiring innovation
- Aligning design initiatives with business strategy and driving process improvements
- Fostering a design-centric culture within the organization
Requirements
Must-haves:
- You know perfectly the principles of Ul and UX design
- You have knowledge of prototyping tools (Marvel/inVision)
- You have documented banking or fintech experience.
- Understanding concepts and rules specific to the banking environment
- You have a strong portfolio to prove the above
- Being able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills, sense of ownership
- Analytical approach based on user tests
- Research skills and moodboards creation
- You have a strong command of written and spoken English (C1+); Polish not required
Nice-to-haves:
- You know how to conduct and prepare user testing sessions
- Improving processes & project organisation
- Experience in conducting workshops
- Understanding of mobile patterns and material / human interface guidelines
- Basic illustration and animation skills
