Empower VIP Users: Deliver top-notch support to ensure our VIP users can seamlessly use their hardware and software tools.
Multi-Channel Support: Provide assistance through phone, email, chat, and social channels, ensuring a smooth experience across all platforms.
Be a Problem-Solving Hero: Use your creativity and technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, turning challenges into opportunities.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to continuously enhance our service performance.

Your profile
You have an MBO or HBO degree
You have experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
You have experience and knowledge of MS Office 365, including Outlook and MS Teams support
You have an affinity with IT and the latest technologies
You are independent, ambitious and result-driven
You are proactive, pragmatic, and you enjoy coming up with new ideas
You work in an accurate and structured manner
You are an enthusiastic team player
You have a good command of the English language (verbal as well as written) and good communication skills
You are competent in Continuous Delivery
You have experience in Scrum and Agile
You are able to work under pressure, no 9-5 mentality

Bandwidth for a fixed term assignement: €4240 - €6882 gross per month, excl. holiday payments and 13th month
