Super excited to be back hiring for one of my all time favourite clients 🎉 A high-growth and rapidly scaling business (growing at around 40% YoY, profitable - they don’t answer to any external investors) who have a a flat and transparent structure with a values-driven, collaborative and blameless culture.
They're a five person dev team where all of them have been or could be a CTO, and although there is a CTO there, the team acts almost interchangeably between Senior Engineer/IC to Technical Lead.
This role will suit a grown up, humble, lovely person. And I don't mean grown up in age: but in outlook, kindness and experience. This is a zero-toxic team so I'm looking for someone as brilliant a human as them, to enjoy and expand that environment. Smart, humble, and a desire to craft great code.
My client is a SaaS video localisation company where users can either start captioning from scratch using our web-based caption editor, or utilise one of the AI-powered machine transcription or translation tools they have integrated to help them.
They're a bootstrapped business that has found product-market fit and hasn’t raised VC funding, which means that you’re working on features that our users find genuinely useful, rather than moon-shot ideas that haven’t yet been validated.
