DevOps Engineer in ROMANIA

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of eCommerce (Adobe Commerce & Magento Open Source) experience;
• Experience with Kubernetes and Containerd (Docker) for at least 2 years;
• Experience with AWS/GCP and DO;
• Possess a strong knowledge of Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab CI/CD as well as Argo CD/Helm, Bash, Python, MySQL
• Have good understanding of Prometheus/Grafana, Virtualization, Networks (TCP/IP, Kubernetes CNI)
• English - B2+, written and spoken, to be able participate in meetings with the clients and should be able to confidently discuss possible options with their pros and cons.
• Ukrainian - Native, C1

Nice to have:

Experience with Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Composer, Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provisioning, managing, supporting and improving infrastructure (both, client projects and company's internal infrastructure), including cloud environments.
• Improving and maintaining company-wide data security measures to ensure the safety of sensitive data.
• Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Managing and updating tools and technologies used in the development and operations process.
• Monitoring and managing production systems and services.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
• Developing, implementing and supporting the monitoring and logging solutions you find beneficial for GoMage company and its clients.
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Development teams in all questions related to infrastructure/integrations/migration/releases/deployments, provide consulting at Discovery phase of projects and in Kick-off meetings, when a project starts.
• Supporting development teams with their technical needs and requirements, based on the level of DevOps expertise on the question.
• Automating the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implementing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
