About Gameplans


We are an online SAAS product that reviews existing property portfolio performance to provide clarity around current positions, align goals with the next move and visualize this out over the next 30 years.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partnerships and Client Relations

  • Own and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our most strategic partners, including some of Australia’s most innovative businesses, driving them to enhance their customer experience and strategies.
  • Consult and Advise: Guide top partners on their strategy, ensuring program adoption across various tools and services. Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership on account management, marketing, business development, customer service, and other key stakeholders to deliver a gold standard experience.
  • Sales Skills: Leverage sales techniques to identify new opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.


Data Analysis and Business Strategy

  • Category and Industry Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer trends, competitive landscape, and industry data to identify opportunities and drive overall improvements.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial evaluations of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Program Management: Oversee program management and adoption, ensuring the successful implementation and execution of strategies.
  • Customer Success Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, ensuring data-driven strategies are implemented for improvement.


Product and Service Enhancement

  • Expand and Improve: Expand product selection, improve product availability, and enhance overall service offerings.
  • Support and Education: Become a subject matter expert on key tools and platforms, providing educational content and support to partners and users.
  • Customer Success Skills: Develop and implement customer success plans, ensuring partners and users achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services.


User-Focused Solutions and Content

  • Operational Solutions: Collaborate cross-functionally to provide and implement operational solutions addressing issues such as fraud/disputes, declines, and global expansion.
  • User-Facing Content: Lead user-facing meetings, create long-term solutions, and continuously design support offerings to enhance user experience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.


Basic Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales, marketing, or account management experience.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.

Experience in managing and growing large accounts, preferably in property investment or financial services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in property investment, financial consulting, or related fields.

Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.

Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or retail technology.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset.
