About This Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Data Analytics Manager, as the IT Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the systems and framework which provides effective, secure and disciplined management of data.
We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
Specifically, You Will
- Consult with management in the development of key performance measures for the organisation
- Build effective controls, auditing and monitoring solutions to ensure the quality, currency, completeness and timeliness of data used in our reporting.
- Deliver the technology tools and solutions to support the performance and regulatory reporting needs of the organisation
- Deliver the BI Reporting library of reporting artefacts meeting agreed service level requirements.
- Ensure the relationship between electronic identities are secure (end-user, information content, device)
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships in respect to the acquisition of external data or information.
About You
You are:
- An Information Technology specialist with proven experience in management of business intelligence technologies
- An expert in the design and build of tactical reporting data markets and data platforms
- An effective communicator and presenter with the ability to convey technical information clearly and succinctly
- An outstanding collaborator with a customer focused approach to service delivery.
- A solution focussed professional with an aptitude for complex problem-solving and analysis
To Be Considered For The Role You Require
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information systems or health informatics.
- Experience in a similar role where you delivered effective outcomes
- Experience in implementing BI technology tools: Power BI, Qlik, Business Objects, Tableau etc
- Experienced in delivering reporting across diverse business units and industries
