- Lead design and development of core infrastructure systems (mobile/platform level)
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across projects
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers (10+ team size)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business scalability
- Champion engineering best practices, performance optimization, and system reliability

- Strong background in infrastructure / platform engineering (mobile or backend systems)

- Experience in Android and/or iOS development, with strong computer science fundamentals
- Mandatory experience leveraging AI tools or technologies, with demonstrated curiosity or side projects in AI
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 10 engineers
- Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin required, English is a plus
- Prior experience in top-tier tech companies (ByteDance level 3-1 equivalent or above preferred)
