Job Description: Sales Director - Western and Central Europe

Location Flexible within Western and Central Europe, 100% Remote

Reports to CEO


Overview As the Sales Director, your role is to drive sales and expand our market presence in Western and Central Europe. This is a performance-based role with significant revenue share incentives and equity possibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead pre-sales activities and client presentations.
  • Build responses together with solution teams.
  • Present and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Foster partnerships with key ecosystem players.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, with a track record in market expansion.
  • Familiar with either Blockchain or Generative AI technologies in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Dutch) are a plus.


Remuneration

  • Base Revenue Share: 10-12% of revenue from new sales, depending on the experience.
  • Performance Revenue Share: 15-17% of revenue above the €300K target, , depending on the experience.
  • Stock Program: Equity options after 12 months based on performance target.

Note: No base salary currently. A base salary will be established post-funding round, if conducted.
