Responsibilities
- Understand client’s need for an existing geospatial database in accordance for current and future strategies;
- Enhancing existing geospatial database to ensure that it supports the platform integrations within the ecosystem;
- Programmatically convert coordinate systems between site and global;
- Exceptional database management habits;
- Design robust APIs to support multiple ecosystem platforms;
- Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testing;
- Ensure that code is digestible and transferrable to peers.

Essential Skills
- Project management skills;
- Experience with enterprise geospatial applications such as ESRI, Maxar, BlackShark.AI;
- Experience in PostgreSQL with PostGIS or related GIS databases such as ArcGIS;
- Strong geospatial background;
- Experience with Azure Functions , Azure PostgreSQL, JS, Python, PowerBI;
- Passion and experience with spatial applications and tools;
- Bachelor s complete or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline is a must.
Languages
- Advanced English for conversation is mandatory
- Advanced Spanish for conversation is mandatory
