Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Ruby on Rails Developer. As a member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will involve back-end web development, front-end development, and implementing object-oriented programming principles. You will follow the model-view-controller (MVC) architectural pattern and utilize test-driven development practices to ensure high-quality code. This role offers an opportunity to work in a stealth startup environment and contribute to the growth of our product.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in back-end web development, including proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Familiarity with the model-view-controller (MVC) architectural pattern
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing automated tests

Having experience with cloud platforms, database management, and version control systems would be beneficial for this role. A proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are essential to succeed in this position. While previous experience in a stealth startup is not required, the ability to work in a self-directed and remote environment is highly desirable.
