Solutions Architect (relocation to Brussels, Belgium)

We are seeking a Solution Architect who is willing to relocate to Brussels, Belgium or is already located there. A relocation package and accommodation are included.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Solution Expert with 1-3 years of experience on position of Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week working from home. Candidates must reside in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong software background, robust knowledge of APIs, and some project management experience. Good communication skills and fluency in English are essential, while proficiency in French is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation, including Swimlanes, Sequence diagrams, and API environments.

- Integrate and manage APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.

- Strong software development background.

- Extensive knowledge of APIs, including Swimlanes, Sequence diagrams, and API environments.

- Basic project management experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).

- Residency in Belgium is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud services and architectures.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
