My client is looking for a dedicated and versatile Product Engineer with a robust background in Fullstack Python development.
This role goes beyond traditional software development to encompass the full lifecycle of product engineering. You will leverage your deep technological expertise and domain knowledge to plan, design, build, test, deploy, support, and operate their product. Your work will directly address and solve real-world problems for our customers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple functions to refine the product and enhance the underlying distributed system.
- Quickly refine the product to meet the evolving needs of new and existing customers.
- Plan and build new features that make their product smarter, more powerful, and user-friendly.
- Improve our data model to accommodate growing and complex requirements.
- Develop functionalities for users and create tools for the customer success team
- Continuously improve the architecture and design of the system as it scales.
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven experience developing in Fullstack Python (Django/ Flask/ React/ Typescript/ React etc) and AWS
- Problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset that puts the customer first
- The ability to move at pace within a start-up environment
- Great business acumen as well as programming skills
- Experience within a SaaS start-up/scale-up during rapid growth is ideal.
- Be a team player and have the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different teams and functions.
- Time management and accountability
