🚀 Your mission as a Data Scientist!
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize player experiences, and shape the future of iGaming. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to analyze large datasets and provide actionable recommendations. Your work will directly impact our strategic decisions and contribute to our continued growth and success.
You will be working on:
- CSGORoll: the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform targeted towards CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve business problems and improve player engagement.
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to identify data-driven opportunities and strategies.
- Designing and conducting A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and changes.
- Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a data science role within the Gaming/iGaming industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
