This role works across the Azure platform to develop scalable, production-ready AI/ML services, combining data engineering, model development, deployment, and operational support.

The role operates at a hands-on professional level, balancing technical delivery with experimentation, solution design, and continuous improvement. It works closely with product, data, architecture, and business teams to ensure AI/ML capabilities are practical, secure, maintainable, and aligned to business priorities.

What You Will Do

• Designs and delivers AI and machine learning solutions on Azure that address defined business needs and support operational, commercial, and customer objectives.
• Builds production-ready machine learning pipelines, services, APIs, and integrations that enable models to be deployed, consumed, and monitored effectively in live environments.
• Develops machine learning models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions using appropriate techniques for prediction, classification, recommendation, automation, or insight generation.
• Prepares and engineers data for model development by sourcing, cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets to ensure quality, usability, and traceability.
• Implements model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes to improve performance, reliability, and business relevance.
• Deploys and supports AI/ML solutions within Azure using appropriate platform services, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally robust.
• Monitors models and AI services for accuracy, drift, uptime, usage, and cost, and takes action to optimize performance and maintain value over time.
• Integrates AI/ML capabilities into wider business applications, data platforms, and workflows to move solutions from concept into practical use.
• Design and implement intelligent automation frameworks to streamline complex workflows, leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows to drive systemic autonomy.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technically sound AI/ML solutions and delivery plans.
