Having recently completed an $85m Series C fundraise, we are now entering a growth phase, where we are scaling our team as we take the Osler Origin product through regulatory activities, and towards market launch.

About the role:
You will be the glue between the People and Talent discipline, helping to support with various tasks in both areas, creating an opportunity for exciting and varied work, and exposure to both HR and recruitment.
This role would suit an individual who has experience in either HR or recruitment and is looking to build experience across both fields, and pursue a career in HR.
You will be highly organised and an expert in prioritisation, you will have great attention to detail and be willing to roll your sleeves up. This will be a fast paced, varied role where no day will be the same.
Main responsibilities:
Admin support across People and Talent such as:
- Creating and issuing HR paperwork such as employment contracts, end of probation letters, proof of employment letters etc
- Scheduling occupational health assessments
- Booking employees onto training courses
- Reporting & maintaining HRIS & Excel trackers
- Creating purchase orders
- Assisting with international & domestic relocation administration, and Visa applications.
- Sickness and absence reporting
- Recruitment scheduling
- Coordinating meetings & diaries
- Assisting with creating Job descriptions
- Triaging communal HR inbox and replying to emails
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment system
- Managing pre-employment checks
