NewU is seeking a passionate UI/UX designer, deeply interested in UX. To optimize the user experience on the mobile application and on the web portal. The focus for this role is mostly on the UX side of UI/UX you will be collaborating closely with a UI/UX - Graphic designer in the team.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

• Make the NewU mobile app & web portal super easy-to-use for HR managers and employees
• Conduct various forms of user research
• Create great user experiences
• Design new features for the NewU mobile app, web portal, and website

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of UX methodologies
• Scientific way of thinking
• Deep understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in Figma
• Skilled in UI/UX design
• Strong UX research abilities, e.g. competitor research, user journey mapping
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Deep interest and understanding of psychology
• Strong communicator and open to feedback
• Passionate about mobile and web design
