Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing and cohesive social media campaigns tailored to businesses in the UK and US.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the brief.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing high-end social media campaigns for businesses in the UK or US.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
- Expertise in your chosen design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the construction, waste management, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media best practices.
- Additional skills in animation, video editing, or web design are a plus.
