Job Description


Position: Product Owner with Workday

Location: United States โ€“ Remote


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product ownership for Workday Time Off implementation
  • Coordinate and manage a team of Business Analysts to gather and refine requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and review sessions with leadership
  • Define and manage the project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure proper documentation of requirements, design, and processes
  • Provide regular status updates and presentations to leadership teams
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Support global rollout across multiple countries ensuring compliance and localization


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Ownership / Product Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday (especially Time Off / Absence Management modules)
  • Proven experience in global HRIS implementations
  • Strong techno-functional expertise (ability to bridge business and technical teams)
  • Experience working with system integrators / implementation partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
