Lead Java Developer in NETHERLANDS

Our client, an innovation center within a prominent organization, is actively seeking a Senior/Lead Java Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a startup-like environment within a larger corporate structure, fostering innovation and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Guide and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of Java 8+.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is a plus.
