What You Will Be Doing:

Product Vision: Participate and communicate in the execution of the customers product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our eGaming products, taking into account market trends, player feedback, and business goals.

Feature Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, to prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, player impact, and technical feasibility.

Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, user stories, and feedback, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and expectations.

Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, prioritised, and aligned with the product roadmap, and ready for development sprints.

Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings to define sprint goals, scope, and deliverables, working closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.

Iteration Review: Conduct sprint reviews and demos to gather feedback on completed work, validate features against acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Release Management: Coordinate with development teams and relevant stakeholders planning and execution product releases, including feature launches, bug fixes, and performance improvements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with release schedules. PO should be responsible for initiating removal of the feature flags, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed, and timing for release management is confirmed by all parties.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), user engagement metrics, and client feedback to assess product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and priorities to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Your Experience & Qualiftications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience. 
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on eGaming products and platforms.
• Deep understanding of the eGaming industry, including market trends, player demographics, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a shared vision and goals.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with software development processes, user experience design principles, and product management tools and techniques.
• Passion for gaming and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional player experiences and driving business results.
