About this role:
We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join us in our Dublin office, on a hybrid basis. As a member of the global People team, you will be the subject matter expert for our international compensation frameworks and regional specific benefits offerings. What we need you to do:
Compensation
- Partnering closely with the Director of People, you will contribute to our overall global compensation strategy and underlying principles, ensuring they are aligned to our business strategy whilst supporting rapid growth and globalisation.
- Manage the annual benchmarking process for our global salary models; ensuring we have up to date market information for every region.
- Co-ordinate the bi-annual global salary review and bonus payment cycles; providing support and guidance to the senior management team; whilst ensuring best practice is followed.
- Gather performance metrics and compensation change data, ensuring it is accurately recorded, updated and filed correctly. Ensuring confidentiality at all times and in line with GDPR regulations.
- Support with financial modelling, reporting and data analytics.
- Participate in salary surveys and gather market insights and data; sharing findings with the wider team to ensure we stay ahead of compensation trends in the ever-evolving tech industry.
- Support Talent Acquisition Lead with compensation analysis for designing attractive offers, relocation packages and advising on candidate negotiations.
- Partner on the design of a robust salary framework.
- Manage reward/recognition programs, partnering with the Finance and Management teams as required to optimize processes.
Benefits
- Lead on all global benefit processes and administration, acting as the primary contact for all employee benefit queries globally; ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Support on benefit inductions and the creation / updating of on-boarding benefit material.
- Review our current benefits offerings, benchmarking against our competitors worldwide, to ensure we are offering a market leading package, whilst assessing return on investment. Including gathering feedback from our existing employees and proposing new suggestions.
- Work closely with our 3rd party providers, building strong relationships to ensure we have the best and most cost effective products for our employees.
- Manage our annual benefits renewal process, ensuring that all employees have the information they need to make decisions through efficient, timely and clear communication and then ensuring accurate uploading of new benefits choices.
Payroll
- Manage the payroll process for multiple global entities, working closely with the Payroll Analyst in our Finance team.
- Review payroll policies and procedures, automating and systemizing to streamline and make improvements, creating as smooth a process as possible.
- Support on Gender Pay Gap Reporting
- Be the key contact for Payroll queries internally, working closely with our 3rd party provider to ensure any queries are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure relevant documentation is regularly reviewed, updated and stored confidentially.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a Compensation & Reward Analyst role. You have managed compensation, benefits and payroll previously, both routine and complex tasks.
- Strong analytical, research and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
- You have a global mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience of salary survey submissions and undertaking salary modelling.
- Knowledge and experience of undertaking equality pay gap reporting is desirable.
- Ability to simultaneously support on multiple highly detailed projects whilst maintaining professionalism under pressure and a strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to expand skill set and operate in a global capacity.
- Intellectually curious and creative - you enjoy building things from scratch and solving complex problems, in a collaborative way.
- You thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable with change and uncertainty; you have the ability to change direction quickly and think on your feet.
- Bundles of enthusiasm and initiative, you are a person who gets the job done and makes things happen!
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel: V-look-ups, pivot tables, formulae driven data tables).
