IT Infrastructure Specialist in AUSTRIA

An exciting new opportunity has opened up within our IT Infrastructure team for an individual to join as an IT Infrastructure Specialist at our office in Innsbruck, Austria. Selected individual will form part of a skilled team of international professionals with considerable experience in IT infrastructure powering a comprehensive suite of iGaming products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy infrastructure of networks, datacenters, servers, and services.
• Assist with rollouts for business-critical network infrastructure, products, and services.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data in accordance with best practices and business requirements for regulatory, security and privacy compliance.
• Produce and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
• Based on a 40 hour rota week, provide on-call production support for IT Operations (including outside regular working hours).

Requirements

• Solid experience in Microsoft environments and Linux systems.
• Firewall policies (Juniper, Checkpoint, Cisco).
• Understanding of load balancers concepts preferable experience with F5 and understanding networking, addressing and troubleshooting tools.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022.
• Knowledge of Linux systems, Redhat/CentOS, Oracle and Debian.
• Familiar with different hypervisors (VMware, Proxmox, OpenStack, OpenShift).
• Idea of cloud native approach (Kubernetes) and acquainted with server hardware (Dell, IBM/Lenovo).
• Storage area networks concepts (Brocade).
• Ability to quickly understand business needs and requests, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
