Requirements:

• Experience with game development and prototyping while making sound architectural and algorithmic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with art, design and fellow engineers to develop and refine on gameplay elements.
• Be prepared to accept and respond to feedback as you prototype and iterate on features.
• Contribute ideas to all areas of game development and production.
• Create solid, maintainable code.

What we're looking for:

• Professional game development experience.
• A sharp analytical mind with great problem-solving abilities
• Excellent C++ skills, as well as the ability to write and design gaming mechanisms.
• Knowledge of games and the ability to express what is great and lacking about present game design (an interest in online games is preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with Online Game Services
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the capacity to work autonomously
• Problem-solving creativity & the ability to think outside the box
