About the Role :


This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Collect Group located in Limassol Municipality. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The role will also involve the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing HR support and guidance to employees and management.

Responsibilities :


  • Translate business needs and strategies into effective HR solutions proactively;
  • Lead and enhance strategies for training & development, performance management, and recruitment;
  • Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to implementing retention strategies;
  • Provide expert advice and manage employee relations to maintain a harmonious work environment;
  • Actively manage and develop the local HR team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration;
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive impactful solutions and strategies for company-wide programs and initiatives;
  • Cultivate and foster a positive and engaging company culture that aligns with company’s core values;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, offering guidance on legal matters and aligning policies accordingly;
  • Proactively manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational objectives;
  • Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs to support employee well-being and satisfaction;
  • Manage Payroll;
  • Generate insightful reports on recruitment and employee data to inform strategic decision-making processes.


Requirements :


  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • 3+ years of experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills - Russian or Greek Language will be advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
