Talent Acquisition Manager - Manufacturing Operations in LOUISVILLE METROPOLITAN AREA

The Manufacturing TA Manager will be responsible for helping guide a recruiting team that supports a variety of roles at scale within the manufacturing space (hourly and salaried positions). Reporting to the global TA leader, this role will be responsible for planning, process execution and innovation, analytical deep dives, and operational leadership that will positively influence the caliber and experience of our new hires and the business.


This position partners with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies and hiring plans, monitor outcomes, and educate on shared processes, roles and responsibilities while identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the recruiting model.


*This role will be fully on-site (relocation assistance is provided)


Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree

• Five years of experience leading experienced recruiting teams.

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, focused on volume hiring in manufacturing, frontline, and multi-site hourly environments.

• Experience working with and extracting data from complex ATS and/or HRIS.

• Ability to partner with site leaders and translate complex business analyses into concise, clear, and compelling recommendations.

• Well-developed business acumen, with an affinity for innovative technology to supplement recruiting efforts.

• History of building collaborative business partner relationships.

• Self-starter who is “wired” to plan, prioritize, and execute.

• Ability and tendency to learn quickly and thrive in growth environments.
