JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Responsibilities

• You are deeply technical, and are adept at explaining advanced concepts in cryptography in simple terms.
• Familiarity with both EVM and non-EVM blockchain environments, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities each presents in protocol design.
• Strong understanding of data availability solutions, their trust-assumption vs cost tradeoffs, as well as implications in scalability and security.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying production blockchain systems.
• Demonstrable critical analysis and thinking skills.
• Ability to put ideas together into prototypes.
• Bonus points for proficiency in Ethereum Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto as a Protocol Researcher, Engineer, or Designer with a strong and demonstrable interest in cryptography.
• You have a good understanding of the overall industry state of the art in terms of architecture components and stacks.
• You are ambitious, intellectually curious, maniacal about details but at the same time value the elegance in simplicity.
• You thrive working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Is ideally based anywhere between CET-1 and CET+1

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
