About The Role
Join our Gaming team as an Associate Gaming Integration Specialist, where you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Gaming Integration Specialists in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers a high level of autonomy, requiring you to take ownership of your responsibilities while being supported by a team dedicated to excellence. You'll contribute to projects focused on enhancing gaming offerings across LeoVegas Group’s various brands and markets, working closely with stakeholders such as Gaming tech teams, Game Suppliers, and Commercial Gaming partners.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Building test suites for each game supplier using tools like PostMan and other relevant software.
- Supporting the Gaming Integrations team in testing new gaming configurations
- Assisting the integrations tech team with testing their releases as needed.
- Running both manual and automated tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for each brand and jurisdiction.
- Verifying all transactional activity, rewards, and security functionalities.
- Performing API integration tests, authentication tests, balance synchronization, game launch, gameplay, and rewards testing.
- Documenting and updating the QA guides
- Troubleshooting and debugging game supplier configurations.
- Reading and understanding APIs and error logs to effectively communicate with game suppliers.
- Investigating logs across different platforms (e.g., Kibana, DataDog, etc.).
- Demonstrating good knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
- Working with and understanding multiple back-office systems, both internal and external.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of PostMan, Insomnia, Jmeter
- Ability to write both technical and non-technical documentation.
- Manual testing capabilities on various devices and products.
- Technical understanding of APIs, front-end (FE), and back-end (BE) systems for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Fast learner.
NICE TO HAVES
- Basic knowledge of JS or any scripting language
- Great organisational skills.
- Experience in the iGaming industry would be considered a plus.
- A keen eye for detail.
