As a Multimedia Content Designer at tb.lx you will be a key, strategic member of the Marketing & Communications team, with the task of owning all company designs and visual content (for internal and external communication purposes)—from ideation to creation. This will include crafting and optimizing content across a variety of platforms and formats, including but not limited to social media, internal video and photo productions, merchandise, internal brochures and product portfolios, and our Medium blog.


In your day-to-day work, you will work across a variety of topics, and you will be expected to balance between them, according to the company’s needs. You will be an active part of our social media team, where you will deliver all of the necessary designs and visual content for our social channels and blog, as well as supporting on the brainstorming, planning, and strategy for our social channels.


You will also be responsible for managing all in-house photography and video initiatives for tb.lx, from the brainstorming stage, through to filming and post-production. You will also be asked to help us record and stream hybrid company meetings and events, ensuring a good quality of audio-visual performance.


In all of the projects that you will work on with tb.lx, you will be asked to tailor all visual content, according to the platform and our target audience and objectives for each platform; align all deliverables with tb.lx’s branding standards; and create and implement a cohesive visual strategy, that aligns with everything we do.




WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 2-3 years of experience in visual communications, including but not limited to: graphic design, social media management, and photography and videography;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Audiovisual, Multimedia, Videography, Journalism, Media, Communications, Advertising or another, similar field;
  • Experience in working with and confidence in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop;
  • Experience in social media management, especially in content planning and creation;
  • Proficiency in the production, recording, and post-production of video and photo content (including editing and refinement), optimizing this content to the platform where it will be published;
  • A sharp eye for detail;
  • Awareness of current communications and social trends, driven by a curiosity to explore and try out new formats;
  • The ability to work in both a team and individualized setting, with the autonomy to manage your responsibilities, and the proactivity to communicate your limits and demands to your team;
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.




NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Experience or working knowledge with other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite, such as InDesign and After Effects;
  • Experience with or an interest in learning how to use various design and content creation tools, like Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Podcast;
  • Proficiency in handling photo and video equipment, including but not limited to cameras and audio-visual equipment like microphones and speakers;
  • Experience working with streaming platforms, such as OBS;
  • Knowledge about social media analytics, and how to adapt designs, according to audience engagement and performance, driven by a data-driven perspective;
  • Visually oriented storytelling skills and a creative mind, motivated by working on creative projects from concept creation through to delivery;
  • Experience working in the tech or transportation sectors, or a deep curiosity to learn more about these sectors;
  • Experience in working with or a desire to be part of, a collaborative, dynamic marketing and communications team, where you will be expected to participate in team brainstorms and syncs, provide constructive feedback to your colleagues on diverse projects, and be involved in helping co-create content at all stages of the process.
