Support Engineer in CANADA

Title: Support Engineer 5

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: ASAP- June 30th 2024; Strong potential for extension

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week M-F


We are looking for Support Engineers to work with our Trillion Dollar client remotely in Canada.

Job Description -

  • Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams
  • Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
  • Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
  • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
  • Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
  • Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific
  • Experience with any Azure Big Data Technologies
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications – Asure data engineering, azure networking certification


Top 3 Hard Skills Required -

1. Enterprise Customer service| 1 years of experience

2. Spark | 3 years of experience (MUST HAVE)

3. Python | 3 years of experience
