About the Freelance Job

We interview billionaires, movie stars, pro athletes, tech CEOs, famous authors, and other high achievers. We are looking for a thumbnail designer with a sophisticated style.

Do you think it would be exciting to create high-aesthetic-value designs for our Innovation & Leadership podcast (www.JessLarsen.net) and our other clients at www.GraystokeNetworks.com ?

We are also preparing to launch a new YouTube channel focused on longevity health, venture capital, real estate investing, and long-term happiness.

Additionally, we need designs for our charity, the Child Rescue Association, which helps prevent child trafficking.

Are you an experienced graphic designer skilled in creating YouTube thumbnails that entice potential viewers to click and watch?

We are not looking for Mr. Beast-style flashy thumbnails aimed at children and teenagers. We need a designer who can create elegant thumbnails for our high-profile podcast guests, combining high-class design with an understanding of what attracts people.

The design needs to be not only beautiful but also magnetic.

Freelance Job Details

• Remote and Ad-hoc Work: These are freelance, remote positions with work on an ad-hoc basis. We produce many episodes per month across our multiple clients.
• Pay: Hourly, with a typical turnaround time of one to two days. We usually provide a video synopsis and title, and you create two thumbnail concepts based on this information.
• Additional Tasks: Occasionally, we need help creating album art for new podcast shows for clients, as well as other graphic design needs like flyers or ideas for our web design developer to implement.

Job Requirements

• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, as it is the program we all work on together.

Language Requirements

• Professional English (B2 level or higher): Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Experience Requirements

• Previous work for a top YouTuber is preferred but not required.
• A design degree is preferred but not required.
• We will hire based on the quality of your previous work and your proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

- Rate: Please submit your hourly rate, considering we will provide you with a significant number of hours per month throughout the year.
