Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites from concept through deployment.
• Customise WordPress themes to meet project specifications.
• Create responsive HTML/CSS layouts from Figma design mockups.
• Implement and manage back-end functionalities including database integrations and server-side logic.
• Ensure website performance, security, and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in fullstack web development.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customisation.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
• Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
