You will join one of the most famous PC studios worldwide for AAA shooters games. The position is based on site in Prague or Brno, Czech Republic (Hybrid). Please apply only if you already are in Czechia or willing to relocate here. The company sponsor VISA and offer a relocation package with a full paid apartment for 3-6 months.
Key Qualifications
► 3+ years of relevant industry experience
► Good scripting capabilities
► Interest in developing player motivation and immersion; understanding of PC and console UX
► Experience with developing similar features
► Proactive approach: you are constantly seeking to improve a player’s experience
► Good spoken and written English
Responsibilities
► Handling features aimed at the motivation and immersion of our players like player profiles, personal statistics, and achievements
► Collaborating with other departments (mainly programming, UX/UI) to create implementation solutions for features based on a shared vision of design
► Participating in regular play sessions and checking the state of implemented mechanics
► Improving, adjusting, and enhancing documentation according to the actual state of mechanics or assets
► Writing code in an object-oriented scripting language (Clike)
