About The Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily asset deliveries ensuring quality over a multitude of platforms and genres.
- Read and translate client’s technical specification file, and share with the production team.
- Cooperate with TA to develop checking tool based on daily checking, to reduce manual work.
- Optimize project mistake while daily checking, file all documents and share with the team. Prevent and reduce similar mistake.
- Assist Art Director and Team Leader to gather feedback amount and feedback type as production team performance reference.
- Advise and communicate with Art Director regarding IP rights of daily deliverables.
- Communicate with the art team and ensure that internal regulations concerning IP rights are met with every delivery.
- Independently improve the internal quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Art, QA background is preferable
- Candidate could be rather junior with some overall experience in DCC (Max, Maya, Photoshop) to be able to open and check assets
- Some scripting experience is a bonus (Python, Maxscript, Mel). So it would be possible for him to make some small checker tools or automatization
- Unreal/Unity experience is a bonus

About Our Team
The award-winning Virtuos Shanghai studio was founded in late 2004, the first of six game development studios located internationally and the former headquarters of the group before its relocation to Singapore in 2018.
Staffed by a multicultural group of talents, the studio specializes in providing full-stack game development and co-development services, including technical support for art and engineering.
