We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to our strategic HR initiatives and support the continued growth and success of FinancialDocs.


Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates (based or willing to relocate)


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies to drive FinancialDocs' business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and promoting long-term organizational success.


  • Talent Acquisition Framework: Design and oversee a robust recruitment and onboarding process that ensures the attraction and retention of top-tier talent, enhancing the company’s competitive edge and fostering a high-performing workforce.


  • Policy Development & Compliance: Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that create a fair, compliant, and productive work environment, supporting business growth and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.


  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Develop competitive compensation packages and benefits programs to attract and retain high-quality employees, ensuring equity and compliance while enhancing overall employee satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve work-life balance, fostering a motivated and committed workforce.


  • HR Operations Management: Oversee HR operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and accurate execution of payroll, leave management, employee records, and other administrative functions, contributing to organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.


  • Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage the HR budget to maximize resource efficiency, support strategic objectives, and maintain high standards of HR service delivery without compromising quality.


  • Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and excellence within the organization.


  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and guide strategic decision-making. Prepare and present regular reports on HR performance and strategic initiatives to inform leadership.


Experience & Skills Requriements:


  • HR Experience & Leadership: Over 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and guide HR teams effectively.


  • Tech Industry Expertise: Extensive experience working in tech companies, managing on-site, remote, and hybrid teams, and understanding the unique HR challenges in the technology sector.


  • HR Strategy & Team Building: Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, building HR teams, and optimizing their workflow to achieve organizational goals.


  • Agile & Results-Oriented: A strong agile approach to HR practices with a focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.


  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using HR tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.


  • Critical Thinking & Research Skills: Excellent critical thinking and research skills to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.


  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and collaborating with all levels of the organization.


  • Leadership & Proactivity: A proactive leadership personality with the ability to take initiative, drive change, and challenge the status quo constructively.


  • Budget Management & ROI: Strong skills in managing HR budgets and maximizing return on investment, ensuring efficient use of resources to support strategic objectives.

Working Conditions:


  • Location: This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate and provide support to ensure a smooth transition.

Compensation:
